Our main goal is for you to be completely in love with your purchase. If for some reason you are not, please email hello@tejidocollective.com within 14 days of delivery to request an exchange.

All returns and exchanges must be requested within 14 days of your order delivery. Once your return has been approved, it must be shipped back to us within 14 days. 

Please note, we do not issue refunds but are happy to issue a store credit for a return or an exchange.

All merchandise, of course, must be returned unworn, unwashed and in its original condition with the original price tags intact.

For return orders, shipping charges are not refunded unless the original item shipped was damaged or the item shipped was incorrect.
